Project Summary

ES2 was engaged as a joint service provider to develop Integrated Management System, which comprises with Information Security Management System and Business Continuity Management System, with compliance to local regulation; Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

A comprehensive system was developed including policies, procedures, and other templates to cater the local regulations of Cyber Security and Business Continuity Management.

Conducted appropriate training and knowledge transfer to maintain the Integrated Management System.

Role Of ES2

  • Conduct end to end risk assessment of existing application environment, infrastructure, network, and business continuity aspects and provide with risk assessment mechanism.
  • Conduct business impact analysis to identify the recovery time periods of business functions
  • Development of policies and procedures related to Information Security Management System and Business Continuity Management System
  • Development of Business Continuity Plans, including Emergency Response Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and IT Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Training and awareness sessions for intended staff.
