Project Summary

ES2 was engaged to provide services to review entire information security framework, IT governance framework, related implementations, and IT risks from end to end. Furthermore, assessment of cybersecurity framework and related implementations, including internal vulnerability assessments and Penetration Testing services across the local operations.

Special assessment was to be carried out for SAP application environment (S/4 Hana), including the application controls with regards to administration. Upon assessments, a set of comprehensive policies and procedures to be developed leading to information security & IT service management certifications.

Role Of ES2

  • Carryout comprehensive assessment of IT governance framework and implementation.
  • Conduct end to end IT risk assessment of existing application environment, infrastructure, network, and application development methodology, and provide with IT risk assessment mechanism.
  • Internal vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for identified web applications, websites, and firewalls.
  • Development of IT policies and procedures leading to certifications.
  • Special assessment was to be carried out for SAP application environment (S/4 Hana), on controls impacting the internal SDLC and SAP administration.
  • Training and awareness sessions for intended staff.
